BSSC year 11 student, Taylah Bell, has recently spent a week at Bendigo Pottery gaining valuable work experience.
“I’ve mostly been on reception which I’ve really enjoyed because it’s given me a chance to practice my interpersonal skills” Taylah says.
Her interests lie more in the creative side of Bendigo Pottery, so she was delighted to meet many of the artisans who are in residence at the site.
“I helped maintain lots of the displays set up in the retail area, but I think getting to meet the artists and see what they do has been the best part.”
