Applications for the Young Carer Transition Grants are now open. The grants assist young carers who may be transitioning from conventional secondary or tertiary education into a work environment.
Grants of up to $5,000 are available to contribute to costs involved in transitioning to adulthood by helping develop skills, assist with equipment or educational learning.
