Year 11 Allied Health Student, Avneet Kaur, is currently on a Structured Workplace Learning Placement at Terry White Chemmart, Bendigo.
Avneet is interested in a career as a Pharmacist, so having the opportunity to work behind the prescription counter, gaining an understanding of the variety of medications and the dispensing process, has been invaluable.
She has also gained experience in the retail aspect of Pharmacy work.
“I’m really enjoying the experience,” Avneet said. “I’m finding it interesting, especially learning about the medications.”
