BSSC is fortunate to have an amazing group of Wellbeing staff, and the newest member of the team is School Nurse, Carla Lang.
Carla has a wealth of experience working in schools and is passionate about health promotion.
“I’m looking forward to working with BSSC students,” Carla says. “I love empowering young people to take care of their own health.”
Aside from Bendigo Senior, Carla works at Eaglehawk Secondary College and Bendigo Health.
Whether you’ve got questions about drugs and alcohol, vaping, sexual or general physical health, Carla can assist with your queries. She is also available to help students navigate the healthcare system.
Carla is located within the Wellbeing Centre and will be at BSSC every Tuesday, as well as alternating Wednesdays and Thursdays.
