AFL PREMIER LEAGUE SEMI-FINAL
We wish our boys the best of luck in the semi-final of the SSV AFL Premier League competition next Wednesday 21 June against Hallam SC. The game will be played at the QEO (12:30pm start), so we hope to see a lot of supporters at the ground to cheer the boys on.
KANE PERFORMS WELL FOR VIC COUNTRY
Kane Farrell got off to a great start in the AFL U/18 National Championships, with his Vic Country team defeating the Allies by 12 points in Round 1. Kane put in a strong performance, picking up 21 possessions and 8 marks to help his team recover from a 12-point three-quarter-time deficit. Next game for Vic Country is against Vic Metro on June 24.
ANOTHER VIC COUNTRY AFL REPRESENTATIVE
Congratulations to James Schischka who has been selected in the Vic Country U/16 team to compete at the AFL U/16 National Championships. The competition commences this weekend.
