The last round game was a tough game against Galen College, Wangaratta. The Lions hit the score board early before Galen hit back. Galen scored again to take the lead before a steadying goal to secure top spot of Pool B for the Lions.

The final of the SSV State Champs was played against Mordialloc. Both teams were out on their feet but gave it everything they had. The boys found the back of the net early in the game.
