Ella Tardrew is a Year 12 Community Services student who attended the Kennington Kindergarten (Shine Bright EYM) for a week of structured work placement.
Ella was outstanding in her interactions with the children. She quickly learnt how to recognise behaviour issues and put into place effective distraction techniques.
