Year 11 VET Automotive student, Thomas Groves, recently enjoyed a week of Structured Workplace Learning at Gejay Automotive in Bendigo.
Thomas applied many of the skills he’s learned in his VET Automotive studies.
“I’ve done vehicle servicing, filter and oil changes, measured tyre pressure and used lots of different equipment in the workshop,” Thomas said.
“Time flies when I’m working on the cars… the work day goes by really fast”.
Structured Workplace Learning has confirmed for Thomas that he’ll pursue a career in the Automotive industry.
