BSSC’s International Students Program hosted a Christmas dinner for international students, their homestay families and staff on Thursday 24 November.
BSSC’s Language Centre was transformed into a party venue and there was Christmas cake and Christmas carols to get everyone in the spirit.
Chinese language teacher Christina Xie hosted the event that included a traditional roast dinner, delicious desserts, games and music.
Principal Dale Pearce thanked the homestay families who host international students while they study at the college.
“Your assistance in welcoming the students and helping them adjust to the local culture is invaluable,” he said.
The guests were also thanked by Assistant Principal Linda Lyons and International student program coordinator Juncai Lin.
