Year 12 Business Management students gained valuable insights into the world of human resources this week with Bree Kellow from the City of Greater Bendigo sharing her experiences. Bree has a background in human resources in large scale government, non-profit and corporate organisations. She discussed the employment lifecycle with the students, including recruitment, entitlements, training and development, reward and recognition and dismissals. Students were able to engage in a Q & A session which was incredibly relevant to their VCE studies. We thank Bree, who will continue to partner with BSSC’s Business Management classes.
