ATHLETICS – SANDHURST DIVISION

BSSC track & field athletes performed extremely well at last week’s Sandhurst Division athletics carnival.

Ben Powell (100m), Bree Heiden (shot put), Gabby Rusbridge (400m), Ella Farnell (triple jump), and Olivia Graham (discus) all broke records. Bree also won the 17yr girls Age Group Champion.

Registrations are now open for Bendigo City FC 2019 squad trials. The trials will be held at the Epsom Huntly Recreation Reserve from 7:00pm to 8:30pm on:

Wed 26 Sept (U/18’s only)

Wed 10 Oct (U/16’s & U/18’s)

Wed 17 Oct (U/16’s & U/18’s)

Players are expected to attend a minimum of two trials, but preferably attend all. Trials will be conducted by Stuart Gough and Ryan Pollard.

If you are interested in participating in a cricket clinic, Lyons Cricket is now offering a specialised cricket clinic in Bendigo on Friday 5 October in the Girton Gymnasium and Londonderry Oval.
