Bendigo Senior Secondary College (BSSC) is back on the Baseball field with team heading to Mildura for the School Sport Victoria (SSV) Loddon Mallee Region (LMR) event on Tuesday 28th April.
It has been a long time since the BSSC Lions fielded a team and was great to see the numbers and support for the sport.
The team travelled and played against Mildura Senior College. The match went for five innings each before the game was called with a score line of 14 to 8. Teagan Hando led the match in runs while Travis Shanahan pitched for most of the match.
The BSSC Lions will now head to the SSV State Championships on Tuesday 19th May in Melbourne.
Thank you to Kara Fox for coaching the team.
