A group of Unit 4 Studio Arts students had a rare trip to the Bendigo Art Gallery today after an interrupted start to the year.
Until now, the students have had to rely on virtual exhibitions to complete their outcomes for the subject.
Today they attended the Bessie Davidson & Sally Smart exhibition, ‘Two artists and the Parisian avant-garde’ as part of their Unit 4 outcome—Exhibition Comparisons. As you can see from the photos, social distancing was practiced at all times.
Studio Arts students are expected to visit two exhibitions as part of their course. Sadly, for many across Victoria, they will be doing that via websites and other media platforms in 2020.
