VET Outdoor Rec students spent Tuesday morning teaching bike safety at Violet Street Primary School as part of a three-week bike education program. The program, which is part of the Vet students’ competency in ‘conducting Outdoor Rec sessions’, will culminate with a bike ride through the streets of Bendigo next Tuesday where Violet Street students will put their new knowledge into practice. It was great to see our students leading their groups with such confidence and professionalism – a real credit to BSSC.
