NETschool supports million paws walk

Like most of us, the crew at NETschool love their animals, so it’s not unusual to bump into a four-legged friend or two when you visit the Williamson Street campus – like Bella (pictured here) who spends most Tuesdays lifting everyone’s day.

“Having animals around really helps create a calming atmosphere,” NETschool mentor Emma Smart said. “If anyone arrives feeling a bit anxious, they’ll often go straight to Bella and give her a pat or a cuddle.”

NETschool learners have chosen to extend that love and get behind the great work done by the RSPCA.

On Sunday 21 May, a group of NETschoolers will take part in the Million Paws Walk at Lake Weeroona… and they need your help.

If you want to help NETschool support all creatures great and small, collection tins are located at reception in the Student Services Centre at BSSC, and also at NETschool, 26 Williamson Street.
