Our foods and hospitality training facilities are on the ground floor of the Alexander Wing, or C Block. Named after former student and principal Charles Alexander, this building opened in 1967 as part of the Bendigo High School Diamond Jubilee celebrations and was refurbished in the mid-1990s to provide modern kitchen, dining and coffee making facilities.
