As part of Wellbeing Week the team at Human Mechanics Bendigo is offering FREE personal training sessions at the College to all students and staff. These will be fun sessions suited to all fitness levels.
A sign-up sheet is available in the Wellbeing office or on the Student Services desk.
The sessions will be in Rosalind Park: Tuesday 9:50 – 10:50am, Wednesday 9 – 9:50am, Thursday 2:40 – 3:30pm and Friday 2:40 – 3:30pm… meet at the front steps.
