VET Hospitality students completed their unit ‘salads and appetisers’ today by preparing a delicious buffet lunch for staff.
Each student created an individual part of the menu, before all the elements were brought together on beautifully arranged platters.
The menu included cold meats, dips, garlic and chilli prawn skewers, potato salad, melon and prosciutto toothpicks, and fruit salad with honey and lime dressing.
Staff were unanimously enthusiastic about the quality of the food.
