Cultural Diversity Week ended with a celebration of fine food and friendship today at the annual Showcase of Cuisines and Cultures. EAL VCAL students prepared an array of aromatic and super-tasty dishes that included Thai Noodle Salad, Chicken Massaman Curry, Thai Red Curry, Biryani Chicken and colourful Sticky Coconut Balls for the sweet tooths.

There was a wonderful atmosphere in the plaza with students and staff enjoying both the food and each other’s company.

A fitting way to farewell what has been a hugely successful Cultural Diversity Week.
