Star Wars fan and BSSC Alumni, Brodie Appleby, finalised his Luke Skywalker costume just a few hours before he attended the midnight premiere of Star Wars: The Force Awakens on Wednesday evening.
The 20 year-old found some old VHS copies of the original trilogy when he was young and has never looked back.
“I remember seeing Episode III for my birthday the year that it came out,” he says. “I like the film’s characters and the sense of adventure.
Brodie and his mates were among the hundreds of Star Wars fans to head to the midnight screening of the latest chapter in the Star Wars saga.
He is such a fan of the franchise that his family’s Christmas tree is styled as Darth Vader.
