BSSC was buzzing yesterday, with students and family members attending the first day of Blast Off interviews.
The interviews provide an opportunity for students to meet with their Advisor, discuss their individual study plan for the year ahead, and raise any concerns they might have leading into their final years of secondary education.
“The relationship between our Advisors, students and their families is very important,” BSSC Principal Dale Pearce said. “The interviews are an important step in building that connection, making sure everything is in place for the start of the year, and kick-starting conversations about students’ career goals.”
Blast Off interviews will continue today from 9am to 3:30pm.
BSSC welcomes all its new and returning students for the 2021 school year. We hope Monday will be the beginning of a less disrupted year as students embark on the final stage of their secondary education.
