Applying to LaTrobe university in 2017?  Could you use a $6000 scholarship per year to help with your costs?  In 2017 La Trobe University will award a Vice Chancellor’s Excellence Scholarship for eligible courses and campuses to six BSSC students.
Recipients will receive $6000 per year for the duration of their course and are also guaranteed a study abroad scholarship to the value of $1500.

These scholarships reward students, who face financial hardship and/or educational disadvantage, for outstanding academic achievement.

“Typically, the modern day University student is the master of a very tough juggling act – often balancing the responsibility of a job, paying rent, maintaining a demanding study schedule and other commitments,” said La Trobe University Vice-Chancellor, Professor John Dewar.

“The Excellence Scholarships will help a number of our students who are already showing great potential to reach even greater heights academically by reducing the financial burden of University by allowing them to focus on their study.”

Applications are now open for students who would like to be considered for one of the six scholarships.
