Year 11 VET Hospitality student, Isaac Larson, completed five days of work placement at the Rising Sun Hotel. Isaac worked back of house, assisting the chef with the cutting of vegetables and other food preparation. He enjoyed the placement and learned some valuable new techniques to enhance his Hospitality studies. His employer commented that he was a good member of the team and worked really well.
