August 4 is the final date for participation in the Mission Australia Youth Survey—and that date is coming up fast.
However, students will have time in advisor on Monday 31 July to complete the survey. Everyone is reminded that they must enter BSSC’s unique code (73337) to enable BSSC to receive its own school data.
In case you have missed previous info about this survey, and how the data is used, here is some background—and a few reasons this one is really worth doing.
Mission Australia is a national not-for-profit organisation that wants to create a fairer Australia by highlighting the concerns, values, and thoughts about the future, of Australian people aged 15 – 19. The survey has undergone appropriate ethical review and the VIC Department of Education and Training has approved the research which is referenced in academic research and government discussion and policy papers.
This year the survey has a special focus on social inclusion/exclusion.
