BSSC students have access to diverse workplace experiences including the school-based apprenticeship and traineeship program and the work placement program.
Students enjoyed a varied range of workplace experiences during the recent school holidays.
Reza Azmini completed work placement with the County Court in Melbourne and hopes to study Law at Melbourne University in 2018.
Harry McIlrath, who studies VET Animal Studies completed his work placement at the Halls Gap Zoo, while Year 11 student Beth Humphrey enjoyed a week at the Bendigo Animal Hospital and is interested in a career in Vet Nursing.
McCulloch Engineering placed Year 11 student, Luke Harrington, with a Diesel Mechanic for a week. After Luke’s placement he decided this was his Industry Pathway and has now begun an apprenticeship.
