Unit 2 VET Sport and Recreation students put their learning to the test this morning when they ran a sports session for St Killian’s Primary School in the BSSC gym.

The students developed a lesson plan then implemented a series of activities that included high jump, ‘hot potato’ to hone ball skills, and a fast-paced game of roller hockey.

It was great to see the professionalism and enthusiasm of our young trainers and the fun being had by St Killian’s students. It continues a long-standing relationship between the two schools. This is the 10th year that BSSC Sport and Rec students have worked with St Killian’s.
