The skies may have been threatening rain, but it was perfect morning for planting trees in the new VCAL outdoor area.
Students in Julie Clyne’s Senior PDWRS class happily got their hands dirty this morning, learning how to plant trees as they helped put the finishing touches to what will become a much-loved and well-used area, as well as an outdoor classroom for VCAL students.
The Lemon, Lime and Orange trees are part of a food garden that will provide produce for use in the VCAL kitchen.
