The Bendigo Art Gallery invites Unit 3&4 Studio Art students to attend its holiday revision workshop. Costing only $20, this day-long program will provide students with revision of Unit 3-4 Studio Arts Outcome 3 content in preparation for the end of year Studio Arts examination.
Students will learn about what to expect in a Studio Arts exam including exam structure, time management, the importance of correct application of terminology and how to use it to get maximum marks.
Hands-on activities will include how to analyse Unseen Artworks to impress the examiners.
Students will meet a curator and learn about their role relating to specific exhibitions and view conservation items. Students will also view Maticevski: Dark Wonderland and Paul Guest Prize as case studies for exhibitions in different gallery spaces.
