Unit 3 Business Management students put their management skills to the test today in an exercise that focused on goal-setting, strategizing, and measuring key performance indicators.
Students worked in small groups to build a tower out of paper that would reach the tallest height and be the most innovative design (in just 30 minutes).
They then reflected on the skills employed, the management styles used, and how things like efficiency and effectiveness can be measured.
