Year 12 student, Abbie Henderson, is studying VET Engineering and had the chance to use and develop her skills during a week of Structured Workplace Learning with Industrial Conveying (Aust) Pty Ltd.
Abbie worked in each of the three fabrication and assembly areas across the business, was well supported by all the staff, and really enjoyed the experience.
“It’s been awesome and everyone has been really helpful” Abbie said. “I’ve been able to do machining, welding and fabrication while I’ve been here. I love all of it, so it’s been really good.”
