Students in the CBA Partner a Class program stepped out of their comfort zones and into the world of banking today, attending interviews with Commonwealth Bank executives at the CBA Head Office in Docklands, Melbourne.
Having been given position descriptions for hypothetical roles at the bank the students were interviewed then received feedback from executives about their performance—what they did well, and how they could improve.
The students attended a presentation by Adam Webb, an Executive Manager at CBA in the area of Wealth, who spoke about career aspirations and pathways. The students also heard from Scott Page, State Manager of Retail Small Business of CBA, regarding his pathway and advice.
They celebrated their achievement with a pizza lunch at Docklands.
