At a time when all of us are spending many more hours than usual sitting at a desk and looking at a screen, it’s important to remember the physical implications, and to do what we can to stay well.
Remember the 20-20-20 rule; focus on something at least 20 metres away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes.
Take a regular break away from the computer for 10 minutes every hour, and set up your workspace appropriately.
While working in bed might be warm and cosy, it’s not ideal for your physical or mental wellbeing.
