The Hope Initiative is an idea that the Student Leadership Team formed in the midst of Victoria’s second lockdown, aiming to connect BSSC students and residents of the Bethlehem Aged Care home in meaningful ways.
We encourage students to create something (it could be a poem, a song, a piece of art, or a letter) that is a message of hope. Hope can bring communities through difficult times, give us something to look forward to, and instill the belief that we will get through this… that we are not alone.
Please email your ‘message of hope’ to bai0071@bssc.edu.au by Friday 23 October so it can be swiftly sent to the residents at Bethlehem Aged Care.
