VET Sport and Recreation students not only enjoyed the beautiful sunshine at the Tom Flood Sports Centre this morning, but were also working hard towards their VET competency for ‘Plan and Conduct Sport and Recreation Sessions’.

The students took part in an intensive, two-hour professional development session run by Garnett Rodda from Athletics Victoria and will soon put their training to the test when they conduct sessions for students at St Kilian’s Primary School.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the oval, Travis Matheson’s Unit 3-4 PE class were having a game of ‘non-contact’ footy. We couldn’t resist sharing some pics. A perfect day for a kick of the Sherrin!
