The CBA Partner a Class program continued today for 10 Year 12 students who are now in the second year of the program. The students attended Commonwealth Bank Bendigo where they met with Andrew Roberts (Asset Finance Channel Manager) and Adam Rose (Analyst) to prepare for the executive interviews they’ll participate in at the Melbourne CBA headquarters in May.
To assist in the preparation students had a video conference with David Sullivan (HR Manager – Business & Private Banking/Institutional Banking & Markets VIC/TAS). David has a wealth of experience in recruitment and HR Management at CBA, and discussed strategies to help students promote their brand when applying for jobs. The students were then able to apply these skills in role-play interview situations with Andrew and Adam.
