BSSC’s students studying IT continue to demonstrate their accomplishments. Following on from the recent ‘cybergames’, participant Tim Copeland has recently completed a two-hour exam as the final part of the Netriders CCENT competition.

The Cisco Networking Academy NetRiders competition utilises Cisco’s Web technologies to create an interactive networking skills contest with students from across the world.  Although the final results will not be known for several more weeks, Tim was awarded a participation certificate for the levels already achieved.

Organized by Cisco, these competitions are a great opportunity for Networking Academy students to learn valuable Networking/IT skills through a series of online exams and simulation activities using Cisco Packet Tracer.

Competitions are offered at three levels (CCNA, CCENT and IT Essentials) for students currently or recently enrolled in a Cisco Networking Academy course.
