VET Hospitality students have been hard at work in the kitchen to complete all the units required for their Certificate II in Kitchen Operations.
Today saw students get a great insight into the realities of working in a commercial kitchen, with back-to-back food service of two very different menus.
First up was Lamb and Slow Roasted Tomato Risotto, Chicken Quesadillas with Mango and Chilli Salsa, and a Baked Apple Dumpling.
The second service featured freshly a Turkey Burger with a side of sweet potato wedges and a Lamb Burger served with thick cut potato chips.
Well done, everyone. The food looked, and smelled amazing!
