Unit 3/4 Economics students had the perfect kick start to their 2016 studies last week with a visit from Senior La Trobe University Lecturer, Earl Jobling and past BSSC student (and current La Trobe student) Scott Woodman.
It was a great launch to the Economics Step Up program with students given an insight into the world of economics and the possible pathways available beyond Year 12.
Students were able to pick Earl’s brain on current matters and gain advice from Scott in an open Q and A forum. Earl and Scott have kindly offered to be mentors for the Economics students throughout the year to assist with any ongoing queries they may have – another great connection with La Trobe University Bendigo.
