An enthusiastic group of students, staff and friends of the college attended the Star Cinema on Wednesday night for a fundraiser screening of The Jungle Book.
BSSC’s student council added substantially to the good work they’ve already done for the World Vision 40-Hour Famine with a combination of a raffle, silent auction, donations and ticket sales. They will officially announce a grand total of their efforts at the end of August.
“It was fantastic to see every couch in the Star Cinema full,” said Student Council Secretary Ashley Eadon. “We’re so grateful for the support of the college community in raising money for such an important cause.”
