Each year the Australian Education Union and the Shizuoka Teacher’s Union in Japan offer teachers and exchange opportunity to experience education in a different culture and broaden their knowledge of teaching.
Today we had three Japanese teachers visiting BSSC. Toshihiro Kato and Ryuji Muraoka are both junior high school teachers, while Natsuki Haga is a primary school teacher from Mishimi-shi not far from Mount Fuji.
Natsuki spent the morning with Visual Art students and enjoyed looking through their folios and discussing their work.
