Headspace Bendigo is running a series of FREE skills-based workshops over the coming six weeks designed to give young people the tools for maintaining a healthy headspace.

26 February: Understanding and Accepting Myself

5 March: Understanding my Anger

12 March: Managing my Feelings

All sessions run from 5:30 to 6:30pm on Tuesday evenings at 78-80 Pall Mall, Bendigo.
