Nominations are now open for vacant positions on the BSSC College Council. This is an important opportunity to contribute to, and shape, the future directions of the College.
All Victorian government schools have a School or College Council—a body that adheres to government guidelines, but with the power and responsibility to set key directions and influence the quality of education provided.
The college meets twice per term. The first meeting for 2017 is on Tuesday 21 March.
Three positions are available for parents and three for Department of Education and Training employees.
If you would like to self-nominate, or nominate another person, nomination forms can be downloaded, picked up from the BSSC general office, or emailed to you by Jo Peterson: peterson.jo@bssc.edu.au or 4408 6243 Monday to Thursday.
Nominations close at 4 pm on Monday 20 February.
