Café Culture is a business venture developed by EAL VCAL students to develop their food-handling, hospitality, and barista skills AND increase literacy and numeracy through handling money, developing menus and costing food items.
For staff who have embraced the ‘culture’, Monday lunchtimes have been pretty special over recent weeks. One staff member described his ‘Vegetarian Delight’ as “the best toastie ever”.
