Our Cert II Hospitality students made BSSC staff very happy on Thursday morning, preparing and serving a delicious sit-down breakfast.
Diners had a choice of a Spinach and Mushroom Omelette, or Eggs Benedict served on freshly-baked sourdough toast.
The students did an amazing job, with an overwhelmingly positive response from staff.
Michael Lennon described the meal as “five-star presentation”. “It was cooked to perfection,” he said. “Poached eggs with crispy prosciutto—fabulous!”
Another staff member quoted football commentator Dennis Cometti saying his Eggs Benedict was “millimetre perfect”.
