BSSC students were back in the classroom today after three days of Blast Off interviews.
The interviews provide an opportunity for students to meet with their Advisor, discuss their individual study plan for the year ahead, and raise any concerns they might have leading into their final years of secondary education.
“The relationship between our Advisors, students and their families is very important,”BSSC Principal Dale Pearce said. “The interviews are an important step in building that connection, making sure everything is in place for the start of the year.”
At lunchtime, students celebrated their first full day of classes for 2022 with a free barbecue lunch in the Ulumbarra Plaza; a chance to catch up with friends, get to know their new classmates and enjoy the special vibe of day one.
