Students and staff followed the scent of freshly baked cakes, cookies, scones and slices to the Language Centre at recess this morning for BSSC’s Biggest Morning Tea, hosted by Student Council.
Student Council member and co-organiser, Maddi Schultz, said the event was close to students’ hearts.
“The Cancer Council is a cause that everyone on Student Council wanted to get behind,” she said. “Everyone has contributed and it’s something we’re really proud of… and who doesn’t love food!”
Congratulations to all the students whose hard work will help Cancer Council achieve its mission of a cancer free future.
