Planning for the future

The Victorian government has announced a new forward-looking ten-year project for the Bendigo region: the Bendigo Education Plan 2028. We invite you to contribute to our shared vision of the future of education in Bendigo.

The Bendigo Education Plan 2028 will be developed through consultation with the community and will explore how we can strengthen education for children and young people in the Bendigo region. Building on Education State initiatives, the new plan will look at building a world-class education system for the Bendigo region from early learning through to primary and secondary schooling, and beyond to higher education, skills and training.

We want to hear from you

Young people, parents, carers and families, educators, businesses, industry representatives, local organisations—everyone who makes up the local community. With your ideas, experience and perspectives we can develop an education plan that is futureproof and tailored to the needs of the Bendigo community.
