• Listen to some music or read a book
• Talk to someone who makes you feel good
• Say/write 3 things you are grateful for
• Laugh
• Pamper yourself
• Sit in the sun/get into nature
• Play with pets
• Volunteer your time
• Donate things you don’t need anymore
• Get creative
