Students, families, friends and staff gathered on the E Block Arts Floor this afternoon to celebrate the great work completed in 2022 by Year 11 Visual Arts, Media and Visual Communication Design students.
The Year 11 Art Exhibition included work by more than 100 students across a broad range of styles and disciplines. Music student, Tait Poyser, set the mood for the exhibition with a great live set of original songs as the crowd enjoyed the artworks.
Each class teacher selected a student who was awarded a Certificate of Recognition but as Visual Arts Technology and Media Teaching and Learning Coordinator, Marcus Patching told the gathering, “everyone who exhibited their work at the exhibition is a winner.”
“It’s great to see the quality of work produced by Year 11 students this year,” he said. “I look forward to seeing what many of the students will produce in their final year.”
