This is what it looks like when the state secondary school teachers of Bendigo all gather together in one place.
This morning BSSC teachers, along with their colleagues from BSE, Eaglehawk Secondary College, Weeroona College and Crusoe College, joined as one to discuss the next stage of the Bendigo Education Plan and hear from a range of guest speakers including CEO of the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority, David Howes, and the Dean of the Melbourne Graduate School of Education, Jim Watterson.
It was a packed day for our teachers who were back at BSSC in the afternoon attending a series of workshops covering different areas of pedagogy such as self-assessment and creating rubrics.
